Reduce the Risk of Cross Contamination with Norwex
It's no secret that I am a huge fan of Norwex (read the story of how I found Norwex here: http://allergyfreecleaning.com/
I had read previously that the Norwex Enviro cloth that I love for cleaning all surfaces in my home was able to prevent Cross-Contamination with Food Allergens. This was great news to hear but how could I know for sure? Well friends, the PROOF IS IN THE POULTRY!!
Check out this video on you tube from a fellow Norwex Consultant that shows how the antibac microfiber Enviro cloth from Norwex eliminates chicken protein from a kitchen counter. This is huge news for us allergy moms!
What does this mean? It means that we are able to clean surfaces using these cloths so that they are safer for our Food Allergic Children. Remove proteins from milk, egg, nuts, etc. to prevent this type of exposure.
